Judges 6:12 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.
This passage from Judges 6 was talking to Gideon when the angel called him a man of valour. At this time in Gideon's life he was constantly worried about things that he could not control. His immediate family were having money problems, and his own father looked down on him as his weakest son. Through his eyes and by all accounts Gideon was a failure, yet our Lord saw in him what he was unable to see in himself.
Do you feel as Gideon did from time to time? Duh, we all go through these periods when we feel like we are taking one step forward and two back. Understand that even if we feel like we are at the bottom and are hopeless the Lord our god is still in our corner and his plan for us is far greater than our current situation. Living our life accordingly to his word he will always find a way to bless us and stay in close connection to our life's. Be blessed.
